“With you, I can simply be myself…”
That’s the compliment that touches me the most.

My journey, often described as unconventional, is above all a story of resilience and regeneration.

Behind my degrees and international experiences lies a quest: How can we reduce the impact of tourism and human choices on our ecosystems, while preserving the benefits of travel?

In 2013, I left France to learn English in England. I wanted to stand out, to open myself to the world, to discover new ways of working and living. It was an unexpected transformation.
But in 2015, just when I thought I was living my professional dream, I hit a wall: burnout, disillusionment, and clashes with destructive systems. I was lost … but I also found my inner compass.

This existential crisis opened a new path: if I cannot change the outside world, can I change myself and inspire others to grow in their own way?

So, I began to travel differently. From England to Australia, Canada to New Zealand, French Guiana to France, I worked and immersed in unique areas, where tourism, nature, and local communities meet.

I learned the power of cooperation, the richness of cultural diversity, the importance of mental health and human connection. I discovered that our personal stories shape our choices but they can also become the drivers of our transformation.

At the same time, I invested in my own reconstruction: coaching, mental health, personal development, exploring my hypersensitivity, complex PTSD due to childhood trauma and neurodivergence. I turned these challenges into creative and human strengths.

Today, back in France, I create safe spaces where individuals and organisations can transform themselves.
I support changemakers in finding a purpose aligned with their values, and help organisations build strategies that are more sustainable, inclusive, and human.

My expertise is fueled by over 10 years of international research, collaborations with professionals in tourism, mental health, and coaching, and above all, a deep conviction:
👉 By reconnecting with ourselves, with others, and with nature, we can all become agents of change.

I believe that by reconnecting with ourselves, with people who share our values, and by making peace, we can all become agents of change: for ourselves, for those around us, for the world.

So… are you ready to regenerate?

Help others shine, support them in transforming themselves, and co-creating real toolkits and sustainable communities.
