One of the most rewarding experiences is watching a community you helped co-found grow organically; when people start taking ownership, shaping its direction, and driving its energy without you. That’s true impact.

For me, inspiring leadership is about living the words:

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

It’s about sparking something in others: empowering them to take initiative with the right mentoring, to lead their own journeys, and to connect beyond their usual circles. 

Another successful chapter in this ongoing story and I couldn’t be more proud.
