Nail biting — a quiet sign of stress or anxiety.

As far back as I can remember, I’ve been biting my nails since childhood.
If someone around you—at work, in your team, or in your life—exhibits this behavior, telling them “Stop biting your nails” likely won’t help.
Instead, try gently asking:
“What’s on your mind right now?”
After more than 10 years of international, experimental research, I co-created a personal toolbox.
Thanks to that, I’ve been free from nail biting for about 4 months now.
Today, I support individuals, entrepreneurs, and leaders under pressure in building lives that feel more aligned, harmonious, and grounded in calm.
What’s your small personal victory over stress?
